Cute spot, menu has something for everyone, outside or inside dining is open. Friendly staff. Everything we ordered was perfect. Great for kids or a date night out.

I am extremely fussy about paying for a meal, it don't matter if its $1.99 breakfast or a $100.00 steak. I expect a few things, 1 good service. 2 good food. I can tell you I never had a bad experience here. The place is clean, comfortable, friendly wait staff, great food and it's family prices is a bonus. If you enjoy a great prime rib...this is the place to go.

We went for seafood and I have to say it was some of the best we had! I had mako shark piccata and my wife had broiled haddock. Prices were excellent and service was great. Very enjoyable time!

Had the greek salad with plain chicken & red wine vinegar & oil. It was quite good. When I asked the waitress about how the chicken is cooked she told me they have a plain chicken & a seasoned chicken. With my food allergies I opted for the plain. It was, in fact, unseasoned chicken, and the kitchen held the tomatoes as requested. With the feta, olives & onions in the salad you really don't need any more seasoning, or even a dressing beyond oil & vinegar. Our waitress was good. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the decor is pretty dated and the ladies room door is quite heavy (I'm recovering from an injury & required assistance with the door bc of the weight).

Lobster bisque is the best ever. Open face sandwich is good too. Nice for northeast PA restaurants.

Have been going there for more than 40 years. Can't ever remember a bad meal or service. Good variety of meals on menu. Recently been enjoying breakfast there in a quiet and calm atmosphere.

I've had the linguini soy salad and the broiled twin flounder... both were EXCELLENT!

Service very good food was also good

I had the Fried Ravioli, Mac and Cheese bites, Stuffed Rigatoni, and the blueberry crumble pie and they all tasted fantastic and came out pretty quick. The fried raviolis were probably the best though. The service was also great.

The food is always awesome and the wait staff is always friendly. The owners are very sweet.

Advertised a filet mignon sandwich and I received a steak slab sandwich with soggy bread that fell apart very disappointing.

Nice place. Reminiscent of an older diner with a little sprucing up. The food was pretty good and it was not pricey at all. I had a shrimp and penne dish. Our server was very attentive. Overall good experience. Its definitely worth a stop if your in the area.

Great food - Fantastic Service

This place is a old staple to this area. Great food for the price, you can get just a meal or all inclusive which comes with coffee/soda and dessert. If that is what u like. It's good down home cooking.. Would recommend good small to large groups of ppl. Also sm to med gatherings.

I go there for prime rib all the time and I think it's delicious. They have a lot of other selections that are great too. If you'd like they also have a great selection of drinks and desserts.

Dinners are always great there. Very disappointing lunch though. I doubt I will go back. But, The homemade desserts are very good. So 5 stars for desserts.

Tonight was the first time I was there. Nice place. Quiet but family oriented. I ordered the Turkey over biscuits with gravy and mashed potatoes and it was VERY good. I would get it again. They have a nice menu with many different options. Something for everyone.

Great night seated outside enjoying a delicious broiled haddock dinner cooked to perfection. Staff worked feverishly to serve everyone. I'll be heading there again very soon.

Was suprised to find that I could order the prime rib at noon! The medium-well prime rib was amazing. Not to mention, the handcut carrots and the rice pudding, both, perfect.Support your small businesses during these difficult times.

We've passed this restaurant more than several times coming from Carbondale to Dickson City during early part of the day often. The time of day left it appearing less than busy. But still wondered if it would be worth checking out, today we did. Thought we'd enjoy an early supper with our daughter and got there about 5:45. Place was already busy. Small wonder, everything was outstanding. From cleanliness to food to service. We'll be there as often as possible from now on.

Ordered baked manicotti’s they didn’t have mozzarella cheese very dry they drowned in sauce did not like it at all;:The service was OK one waitress but she did good

Alexander's restaurant typically attracts a large crowd of people on weekdays. They have some extremely delicious food for a very reasonable price. The portions were hefty and alcohol is available. The atmosphere is cozy, decorative, and lavish in color . Will be returning!
